Job summary

Align Aerospace is seeking a VMI Support Representative for a 6–9 month contract in Chatsworth, CA. You will own the customer’s inventory, prevent shortages, and collaborate with operations, purchasing, warehouse, and customers to resolve supply chain issues.

Qualifications

• 2–5+ years in supply chain, VMI, inside sales, or customer operations.
• Strong Excel skills for analysis.
• ERP experience, SAP preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–2 years in end-to-end Account Management.
• Extensive experience with supply chain and real inventory handling.

Responsibilities

• Own the customer's inventory to prevent stockouts and overstock.
• Analyze usage trends, demand and forecasts; drive decisions.
• Communicate with purchasing, warehouse, quality, and customers.
• Lead quarterly business reviews and build relationships.
• Support pricing, invoicing, and contract execution.
