Job summary

Qualifications

• College degree in business or supply chain, or 2 years relevant experience.
• Experience in project coordination, implementation, or logistics preferred.
• Strong organization and problem-solving, with multi-priority management.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with stakeholders.
• Proficiency in data entry and inventory software; MS Office.
• Willingness to travel to customer sites up to 60%.

Responsibilities

• Assist on-site customer implementation tasks with the project manager.
• Support on-site sample collection and bin fill level checks.
• Contribute to on-site customer meetings with stakeholders.
• Update project plans and maintain budget adherence.
• Coordinate assets for VMI setup (racks, bins, labels).
• Train customer personnel on VMI program.
• Provide ongoing project updates to stakeholders.
