Job summary

Johnson Service Group is actively seeking a VMI Representative for an aerospace client in Chatsworth, CA. This temp role focuses on owning and optimizing the customer’s supply chain within a Vendor Managed Inventory environment and coordinating with Purchasing, Quality, Warehouse, and Contracts teams.

The candidate will manage demand, replenishment strategies, and cross-functional issue resolution while ensuring contract and service level compliance.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years in Customer Service with exposure to corrective action programs.
• 3+ years aerospace fastener experience is preferred.
• Strong Excel and SAP ERP usage for data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end VMI program execution for assigned customer(s).
• Monitor inventory levels to prevent stockouts and excess inventory.
• Serve as primary liaison between customer and client for performance outcomes.
