Rexel USA is seeking an experienced VMI Specialist to oversee on-site contracted customer agreements and maximize profitability through effective inventory management. You will coordinate with sales, monitor usage, and drive continuous improvement across the VMI program.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of project management, procurement, or customer service experience.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• High School or GED required. Associate’s Degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage vendor managed inventory (VMI) program execution and compliance.
• Maintain inventory levels and reorder points for assigned accounts.
• Build relationships with sales and customers to identify opportunities.
• Support quotes, proposals, and CRM data entries.
• Train new hires on VMI processes and data analysis.
• Assist with on-site assessments and customer service tasks.
