Job summary

HD Supply is seeking a detail-oriented inventory liaison to maintain a Vendor Managed Inventory (VMI) site within a client facility. You will coordinate replenishment orders, receive transfers, and ensure accurate reporting and inventory levels.

Under supervision, you will analyze stock levels, communicate with stakeholders, and support customer needs with timely replenishments. Requires 2–5 years in inventory roles; HS Diploma or GED preferred.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED strongly preferred.
• Generally 2-5 years of experience in inventory or related area.

Responsibilities

• Ensure timely and accurate fulfillment of daily replenishment orders.
• Receive daily replenishment and branch transfers to maintain accurate inventory.
• Complete control reports as described in operations manual.
• Monitor and adjust minimum and maximum inventory parameters.
• Communicate market and customer conditions to stakeholders.
• Discuss product stocking levels, assortment and seasonal fluctuations with the customer to prevent outages.
• Monitor inventory and maintain regional items.
