Job summary

HD Supply is seeking a dedicated Inventory/Operations associate in Kingston, NY to serve as a liaison between the organization and the customer through VMI site activities. The role focuses on accurate fulfillment, inventory maintenance, and routine reporting to ensure steady product availability.

Responsibilities include managing daily replenishment, transfers, and adherence to the operations manual. Occasional travel may be required as we monitor inventory across regional locations.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED strongly preferred.
• 2–5 years of experience in the area of responsibility.
• Specialized skills training/certification may be required.

Responsibilities

• Fulfill daily replenishment orders timely and accurately.
• Receive replenishment and transfers to maintain inventory levels.
• Complete control reports per operations manual.
• Monitor min/max parameters to keep proper stock.
• Communicate market and customer conditions to stakeholders.
• Discuss stocking levels, assortment, and seasonal fluctuations with customers.
• Monitor and maintain regional inventory as needed.
