Job summary

HD Supply in Fort Lauderdale is seeking a detail-oriented logistics professional to serve as a liaison between our organization and the customer served by our VMI site. You will maintain day-to-day operations and ensure timely fulfillment of daily replenishment orders.

You will monitor stock levels, adjust min/max levels, and communicate market and customer conditions to stakeholders. The role involves occasional travel and physical tasks such as lifting up to 50 pounds.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED strongly preferred; some certifications may be required.
• Typically 2–5 years of experience in inventory/ops or related area.
• Attention to detail and ability to follow defined procedures.

Responsibilities

• Ensure timely and accurate fulfillment of daily replenishment orders.
• Receive daily replenishment and transfers to maintain inventory accuracy.
• Complete control reports per operations manual timelines.
• Monitor and adjust min/max parameters to maintain stock levels.
• Communicate market and customer conditions to stakeholders.
• Engage with customers about stocking levels, assortment, and seasonality to prevent outages.
• Monitor inventory and maintain regional items as needed.
