Border States in Kansas City, MO is seeking a VMI Coordinator to manage Vendor Managed Inventory programs for customers. You’ll coordinate VMI warehouses, job boxes, job trailers and vending machines, ensuring timely orders and SAP accuracy while delivering proactive customer service.

You will work with branch teams and customers to implement inventories, maintain min/max levels, monitor KPI performance, and support sales and marketing with pricing and service improvements.

Competenze

• Two-year business/trade degree or equivalent experience.
• At least 2 years in warehouse distribution or city desk.
• Forklift experience preferred.
• Driver’s license may be required depending on duties.
• Proficiency in SAP, SupplyTrax and Secura Stock.

Mansioni

• Coordinate VMI programs with clear vision of the VMI concept.
• Coordinate with the customer and branch on VMI updates and changes.
• Ensure accurate communication and documentation of VMI projects.
• Maintain minimum and maximum inventory levels.
• Support sales and marketing with product/services and pricing input.
