Job summary

Mobia Medical in Nashville is seeking a Therapy Development Specialist to educate clinicians and drive adoption of the Vivistim Paired-VNS therapy for stroke rehabilitation. You will engage physicians, therapists, and rehab teams, guiding therapy implementation and monitoring patient progress with on-site and remote support.

The role requires strong communication, neurorehabilitation understanding, and experience in clinical education or medical device support, with a passion for patient care

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of documented clinical and sales experience with healthcare teams.
• Experience selling to PM&R/Physiatry, Neurosurgery, and OT/PT communities.
• Experience educating and advocating for stroke rehabilitation patients.

Responsibilities

• Develop territory plans with the territory manager to expand patient access to Vivistim accounts.
• Drive implants and sales through UE-Dx evaluations and therapy candidate identification.
• Support rehabilitation facilities with comprehensive business planning and execution.
• Provide on-site and remote training to clinicians on Vivistim System use.
• Deliver impactful product presentations to patients, accounts, and clinicians.
• Forecast weekly sales using available tools and organizational guidance.
• Monitor market activity and relay feedback to leadership.
• Collaborate with marketing to improve patient access and therapy adoption.
• Maintain professional standards and act as Vivistim Patient Expert in geography.
