Mobia Medical seeks a Therapy Development Specialist in Nashville to educate clinicians on the Vivistim Paired-VNS therapy and drive adoption in rehabilitation facilities. You will partner with territory managers, deliver compelling presentations, and ensure successful patient outcomes.

The role requires OT/PT training with neurorehabilitation exposure and 3–5 years of clinical/sales experience. Competitive base pay with commission and a strong benefits package are offered.

Qualifications

• Degree in Occupational Therapy or Physical Therapy is required.
• Neurorehabilitation experience is strongly preferred.
• 3–5 years of clinical/sales experience with proven results.
• Experience selling to PM&R, Neurosurgery, OT/PT communities is a plus.
• Ability to educate and advocate for stroke rehabilitation patients.

Responsabilités

• Educate and train clinicians and therapists on Vivistim therapy implementation.
• Develop territory plans to drive access to Vivistim accounts in rehab facilities.
• Forecast sales weekly and meet monthly and quarterly goals.
• Support implant sites and collaborate with surgeons and devices teams.
• Build strong customer relationships and ensure patient outcomes and satisfaction.
