Zusammenfassung

Mobia Medical is seeking a Therapy Development Specialist in Virginia Beach to support adoption and clinical integration of the Vivistim Paired VNS System. You will educate physicians, therapists, and rehab teams on effective use, provide on-site and remote support, and guide therapy implementation for improved patient outcomes.

The role requires strong communication and a background in neurorehabilitation or medical devices, with experience in clinical education or therapy coordination.

Qualifikationen

• Degree in OT or PT and licensed/eligible.
• Neuro-focused training background preferred.
• 3–5 years of clinical/sales experience with proven results.
• Experience selling to PM&R, Neurosurgery, OT/PT communities preferred.
• Experience launching disruptive medical tech is a plus.
• Experience educating stroke rehab patients.
• Experience calling on hospitals/rehabilitation facilities preferred.
• Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM.

Aufgaben

• Develop territory plans with the manager to expand patient access to Vivistim.
• Aim to meet or exceed implants and sales goals with emphasis on UE-Dx evaluations.
• Build and manage rehabilitation facility relationships across assigned geography.
• Support surgical implant sites in the operating suite as needed.
• Deliver compelling product presentations to patients, accounts, and clinicians.
• Provide weekly sales forecasts using approved tools and guidance.
