Hyatt Regency New Orleans is seeking an Expeditor/Food Runner to join its vibrant Vitascope Hall team. You will ensure on-time delivery from kitchen to guests, verify plate quality, and support servers while maintaining a fast-paced, guest-focused environment.

Ideal candidates bring hospitality experience, strong communication, and the ability to multitask during busy service periods. Evening and weekend shifts are required in this lively New Orleans setting.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality role preferred.
• Ability to stand and move throughout the shift.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and major events.

Responsibilities

• Ensure timely and accurate delivery of food from the kitchen to guests.
• Verify plate presentation and quality before leaving the kitchen.
• Assist servers with table maintenance, including clearing and resetting.
• Maintain a clean, organized expo station and service areas.
• Communicate effectively with kitchen and service teams to ensure smooth flow.
• Represent the spirit of Vitascope—upbeat, welcoming, guest-focused.

Vitascope Hall is the Hyatt Regency New Orleans' high-energy, sports-themed full-service restaurant - a lively gathering place where locals, travelers, and fans unite over fresh Gulf seafood, handcrafted cocktails, and wall-to-wall screens showcasing the biggest games. What You'll Do
