Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
• Experience in vendor management and supplier negotiations.
• Strong data analysis to drive category decisions.
• Ability to work cross-functionally with merchants, planners, and vendors.
• Familiarity with pricing and site merchandising concepts.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support for supplier negotiations and manage purchase orders within assigned categories.
• Assist merchants in resolving supplier issues and facilitate setup of new suppliers for stores and online channels.
• Execute customer communication and education programs with cross-functional teams.
• Monitor category performance through data analysis and support budgeting, forecasting, and sales reporting.
• Support item setup, pricing recommendations, and modular assortment implementation.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify improvements and ensure policy compliance.
