This team supports supplier negotiations, purchase order management, and item setup to ensure seamless product availability. They leverage data analysis to inform decisions and collaborate across functions to enhance customer experiences both in stores and online. Focused on operational excellence, the team drives category performance through effective budgeting, forecasting, and promotional planning, all while upholding Walmart's commitment to integrity and delivering value to customers.

• Knowledge of category strategy development and execution, including feature planning and modular assortment support.
• Ability to manage purchase orders and resolve supplier issues efficiently.
• Effective collaboration skills to work cross-functionally with merchants, planners, and merchandising teams.
• Commitment to maintaining high standards of integrity, compliance, and ethical business practices.
• Proficiency in supporting budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance analysis within assigned categories.

The annual salary range for this position is $70,000.00 - $130,000.00. Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include:
