Job summary

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive customer experience by executing communication programs and managing search queries. Utilizing data analysis, you will contribute to budgeting, forecasting, and promotional planning to drive category performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree OR 2 years’ merchandising, buying, financial planning, operations, or related area.
• Experience in vendor management or supplier negotiations in retail.
• Strong analytical and data interpretation skills.
• Ability to manage POs and item setups.
• Budgeting, forecasting, and performance tracking.

Responsibilities

• Support merchants in supplier negotiations and purchase orders for assigned categories.
• Assist in resolving supplier issues and onboarding new suppliers.
• Own customer communications and cross-functional collaboration programs.
• Ensure product page content accuracy and taxonomy compliance.
• Analyze category performance to support budgeting and forecasting.
• Contribute to promotional planning across stores and online.
• Support modular assortment implementation and post-execution analysis.
