Qualifications

• Must be 18+ with 1 year of vitamin/holistic experience with leadership duties.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Outgoing, friendly demeanor with customers.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand long periods.
• Willing to learn about new products and health topics.
• Excellent organization and prioritization skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing and merchandising the Vitamin/HBA department for productivity and profit.
• Oversee ordering, inventory controls, product quality, and team supervision.
• Coordinate production, merchandising, and sales through planning and leadership.
• Lead a team to deliver high-quality products and exceptional customer service.
• Guide customers on vitamins, supplements, and health products without prescribing.
• Assist in recruiting, hiring, and developing vitamin team members.
• Unload and sort store deliveries.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation guidelines.
