Job summary

Sprouts Farmers Market is seeking a Vitamin Manager to lead the Vitamin Department, ensuring excellent customer service and in-depth product knowledge. You will manage inventory, coordinate promotions, and collaborate with the Store Manager on staffing and sales goals.

The role requires leadership experience, strong communication, and the ability to work a flexible schedule including nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years old with 1 year of vitamin/holistic leadership experience.
• Strong communication and direction-giving skills.
• Able to stand, walk, lift up to 50 lbs and perform job duties safely.
• Willing to work nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Oversee sales and operation of the Vitamin Department.
• Provide prompt, friendly and knowledgeable guidance on supplements.
• Manage inventory, orders, and merchandising for the department.
• Lead staff, coach performance, and conduct reviews.
• Collaborate with Store Manager on staffing, scheduling and goals.
