Qualifications

• Six months experience using statistical software such as SPSS or SAS.
• Six months experience conducting operational and program evaluation studies.
• Six months experience in descriptive statistics (mean, median, mode, standard deviation).
• Six months experience interpreting laws, rules, regulations, and procedures.
• Knowledge of inferential statistics such as correlation, t-tests, and analysis of variance
• Knowledge of designing studies and making evidence-based recommendations

Responsibilities

• Compile, validate, and verify vital records data from the Delaware Vital Events Registration System.
• Ensure compliance with federal standards and manage timely submissions.
• Administer the DELVERS system, provide user training, and perform technical troubleshooting.
• Conduct management analysis, evaluate operations, and develop recommendations.
• Potentially supervise administrative staff as needed.
