Job summary

The position requires a minimum of 3 years' experience in general mechanical maintenance and a High School Diploma or GED, with the ability to read blueprints and use diagnostic tools.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required on hire.
• Minimum 3 years of general mechanical maintenance and repairs.
• Must read and interpret blueprints; basic NFPA/Life Safety knowledge.
• Electrical, Plumbing, HVAC knowledge with door systems experience.
• Certifications are required upon hire unless stated otherwise.

Responsibilities

• Respond to service requests and work orders; assess repair needs and materials.
• Perform daily repairs on pumps, motors, doors, plumbing, and light carpentry.
• Conduct preventative maintenance and document completion in CMMS.
• Inspect zones, identify deficiencies, and coordinate with coordinator for disposition.
• Use power tools and diagnostic equipment for troubleshooting and repairs.
