• Strong knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC and associated building systems.
• Ability to read blueprints and follow NFPA/Life Safety codes in healthcare settings.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and repair mechanical and electrical equipment including pumps, motors and doors.
• Perform preventative maintenance and document work in CMMS.
• Repair and replace valves, piping, and pneumatic control systems as needed.
• Rekey locks and repair automatic/manual doors; ensure code compliance.
• Assist with inventory of spare parts and materials.
