Job summary

Qualifications

• Knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC and associated systems.
• Ability to read blueprints and understand NFPA Life Safety Codes.

Responsibilities

• Daily repairs of building mechanical and electrical systems.
• Perform preventative maintenance as specified in work orders.
• Assist in operation and repair of building mechanical systems; support Life Safety PMs.
• Lead responsibilities in supervisor's absence; mentor junior mechanics.
• Work weekends and on-call shifts on a rotating basis.
• Ensure proper documentation and compliance with Joint Commission requirements.
