In this role you will run operational reviews, track metrics, analyze performance, and collaborate with leaders to ensure timely, accurate decision making. The position emphasizes process improvement and cross‑functional partnership.

Responsibilities

• Support business unit and functional management review processes by preparing inputs, tracking actions, and driving outcomes to completion.
• Track operational metrics, including process performance, audit readiness, and satisfaction measures, to ensure execution consistency.
• Coordinate with stakeholders across functions and geographies to maintain consistent processes and deliverable timelines.
• Financial and Performance Visibility Analyze operational, financial, and performance data to identify key trends, operational gaps, and improvement opportunities.
• Support revenue, profit, cost, and expense performance analyses to improve decision‑making and operational visibility.
• Assist with budget tracking, forecasting inputs, and variance analyses in close partnership with finance and business leaders.
• Process Improvement and Strategic Execution Contribute to the development, documentation, and continuous improvement of business processes, controls, and procedures.
• Support in-depth analysis of key operational initiatives and gaps, helping teams prioritize and execute corrective actions.
• Help teams work together across functions to drive shared operational goals and maintain high operational standards.
