Kyndryl is seeking a Business Operations Specialist to drive the smooth operation of the business unit by connecting data, processes, and insights to improve performance.

You will partner with finance and leaders across functions to track metrics, analyze performance, support budgeting and forecast inputs, and push continuous process improvements.

You will run operational reviews, track key metrics, analyze financial performance, and ensure consistent execution across ongoing operational rhythms and key strategic initiatives.**What You Will Do****Operational Rhythm and Governance*** Support business unit and functional management review processes by preparing inputs, tracking actions, and driving outcomes to completion* Track operational metrics, including process performance, audit readiness, and satisfaction measures, to ensure execution consistency* Coordinate with stakeholders across functions and geographies to maintain consistent processes and deliverable timelines**Financial and Performance Visibility*** Analyze operational, financial, and performance data to identify key trends, operational gaps, and improvement opportunities* Support revenue, profit, cost, and expense performance analyses to improve decision-making and operational visibility* Assist with budget tracking, forecasting inputs, and variance analyses in close partnership with finance and business leaders**Process Improvement and Strategic Execution*** Contribute to the development, documentation, and continuous improvement of business processes, controls, and procedures* Support in-depth analysis of key operational initiatives and gaps, helping teams prioritize and execute corrective actions* Help teams work together across functions to drive shared operational goals and maintain high operational standards**Who You Are**You are good at what you do and possess the required experience to prove it.
