Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent mix of education and experience.
• Three years or more of experience in technical writing, process documentation, training development, quality systems, manufacturing support, or knowledge management.
• Experience developing work instructions, SOPs, visual documentation, or training materials, and interviewing subject matter experts.

Responsibilities

• Develops, revises, and maintains SOPs, work instructions, process guides, and related documentation.
• Ensures documentation is accurate, consistent, and user-friendly.
• Performs reviews to identify outdated content and manage revision/workflow.
• Converts procedures into standardized visual work instructions using visuals.
• Creates professional annotated visuals to improve training and consistency.
