Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Management, Business, Industrial Technology or equivalent.
• Four+ years of experience managing complex projects in quality or manufacturing.
• Direct experience with process documentation and manufacturing support.
• Comprehensive knowledge of organizational structure, culture, and industry practice.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate process adherence to internal quality systems and ensure compliance with ISO 9001/AS9100.
• Provide actionable feedback for improvement and guide change implementation.
• Review customer requirements and flow-downs into processes and technical specs.
• Ensure communication and adherence to internal teams and external suppliers.
• Partner with Quality Manager to plan audit readiness across departments and projects.
• Apply risk-based thinking to develop advanced audit strategy and manage compliance risks.
• Lead change management and CAPA processes to improve productivity.
• Maintain controlled documentation for audits, SOPs, and configurations.
