Job summary

At Home Group Inc. in Sioux Falls, SD is seeking a Part-Time Zone Lead to support visual merchandising across designated zones, ensure brand standards, and drive sales through compelling displays and in-store promotions.

You will collaborate with the Assistant Store Manager, plan daily tasks, manage freight, stock zones, and coach team members on visual priorities while upholding safety and ethical conduct.

Qualifications

• Strong verbal and written communication skills with clear comprehension.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and perform team lifts up to 100 lbs.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and some holidays.
• High attention to detail and commitment to safe, ethical conduct.

Responsibilities

• Support visual merchandising processes for the store by planning and leading transitions, reinventions, product changes, and resets while maintaining visual integrity.
• Plan/executing daily/weekly workload and assigned tasks to meet sales goals and guest engagement.
• Participate in freight processes for incoming freight and transitions, stock zones, and maintain end caps.
• Support store team in customer experience, inventory control/shrink, safety, and loss prevention; participate in regular team huddles.
• Serve as a role model, coaching others in visual merchandising and continuous learning.
• Open availability for nights and weekends.
