Job summary

Euromarket Designs Inc. is seeking a Team Leader, Visual to guide merchandising design and standards on the sales floor. You will mentor the team, communicate the design vision, and drive execution of floorsets, signage, and collateral while ensuring replenishment and back‑of‑house standards align with brand guidelines.

You will analyze KPIs, support expense reduction, and collaborate across teams to maximize customer experience and sales through effective visual leadership.

Qualifications

• 1+ years visual, customer service, or retail leadership experience.
• Proficiency with MS Office and Google applications.
• Full-Time availability for flexible weekday, evening, and weekend hours.

Responsibilities

• Lead designated team and manage associate workload with the Assistant Store Leader.
• Coach associates and maintain a strong visible presence in the department.
• Support performance development and provide timely feedback to drive growth.
• Train and develop associates on product knowledge, selling, customer service, operations, and visuals.
• Focus on promoting sales and act as Leader On Duty (LOD).
• Review business results and execution of plans with the Assistant Store Leader.
• Ensure quick, gracious service and set expectations for customers and staff.
• Spend significant time on the sales floor coaching and assisting as needed.
