Job summary

Euromarket Designs Inc. seeks an Assistant Store Leader, Visual, to guide the merchandising team and translate brand vision into compelling displays across the store.

You will partner with the Store Manager to execute goals, lead, educate, and empower associates, and ensure a strong visual message throughout daily operations. This full-time position requires a hands-on leader who coaches, plans, and develops talent on the sales floor while delivering exceptional customer service and sales

Responsibilities

• Lead the merchandising team to set the stage for visual experience.
• Partner with Store Manager to execute brand goals and store operations.
• Provide leadership to Team Leaders in achieving sales, service and visual standards.
• Coach, train, and develop associates for performance and growth.
• Manage workloads and delegate plans across the store.
• Analyze reports to prioritize initiatives and maximize sales.
• Communicate with management on feedback, traffic and training needs.
• Collaborate with peers to model teamwork and brand initiatives.
• Ensure customers receive elevated service and brand standards.
• Participate in leadership routines and manage scheduling within budget.
