Job summary

Tractor Supply Company is seeking a FAST Team Member to support a single store with start-to-finish tasks such as planograms, signage updates, and price changes. You will assist with merchandise and fixture assembly, maintain signage, and deliver legendary customer service to shoppers.

The role emphasizes flexible shifts, teamwork, and adherence to safety guidelines, helping create a positive shopping experience while supporting store operations and visual standards.

Qualifications

• Prior retail and/or merchandising experience is required.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Must be able to read, write and count accurately.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Work scheduled shifts dictated by business needs.
• Complete planograms and resets accurately and in a timely manner.
• Maintain visual merchandise standards.
• Install, update, and maintain store signage.
• Assemble merchandise and fixtures.
• Provide legendary customer service using GURA (Greet, Uncover needs, Recommend, Ask for the Sale).
• Promote a safe and productive work environment.
