Job summary

Tractor Supply Company is seeking a FAST Team Member to work in a single store, owning end-to-end tasks such as planograms, signage updates, and price changes. You will also support merchandise and fixture assembly and signage maintenance while delivering legendary customer service to shoppers.

The role requires regular attendance, flexibility for varying shifts, and proactive communication with supervisors.

Qualifications

• Prior retail and/or merchandising experience is helpful.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Reading, writing and counting accurately is important.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance and scheduled shifts.
• Complete planograms and resets accurately and in a timely manner.
• Install, update and maintain store signage and price changes.
• Assemble merchandise, fixtures and PDQs.
• Provide legendary customer service using the GURA framework.
