Job summary

Tractor Supply is seeking a FAST Team Member to work in a store and own end-to-end tasks such as planograms, signage, price changes, and merchandise fixtures while delivering legendary customer service.

You will interact with customers and team members, maintain planograms, assist with resets, and follow GURA steps to meet store goals, with shifts of 4–10 hours and a focus on safety and reliability.

Qualifications

• Experience: Prior retail and/or merchandising experience is required.
• Education: A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred, but not required.
• FAST Team Members must be able to read, write and count accurately.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Work scheduled shifts dictated by business needs.
• Communicate proactively with District FAST Supervisor and Store Operations on work completion and issues.
• Complete planograms and resets accurately and in a timely manner.
• Perform project related measurements.
• Complete store price changes accurately and in a timely manner.
• Install, update, and maintain store signage including Circulars, Price Cuts and Managers’ Specials.
• Assemble merchandise, fixtures and PDQs.
• Promote a safe and productive work environment for Team Members and customers.
