Job summary

Tractor Supply Company is seeking a FAST Team Member to support a single store with end-to-end tasks: planograms, signage, price changes, fixture assembly, and merchandise installs. You will deliver legendary customer service while coordinating with the District FAST Supervisor and Store Operations.

You will perform planograms, price updates, signage maintenance, and ensure planogram integrity, while staying flexible to assist other duties as needed to support store goals.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or merchandising preferred; must be 18+ years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Self-directed and able to complete assignments with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Work shifts as required by business needs.
• Communicate progress or issues with District FAST Supervisor and Store Operations.
• Complete planograms and resets accurately and on time.
• Take measurements for projects.
• Perform store price changes accurately and promptly.
• Install, update, and maintain signage.
• Assemble merchandise and fixtures.
• Prioritize customer service and assist shoppers.
• Ensure safety and follow company guidelines.
