Job summary

Varley Clothing is seeking a Visual Merchandising and Operations Manager for our Palo Alto store. You will lead visual execution, drive stock and store operations, and partner with store leadership to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Responsibilities include owning inventory accuracy, replenishment, stockroom standards, deliveries and seasonal readiness, while coaching the team and ensuring alignment between front-of-house and back-of-house operations to elevate performance.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of retail leadership experience with hands-on VM and store operations.
• Strong commercial sense and visual execution.
• Proven ability to manage inventory, stockrooms and replenishment.
• Effective people leadership and coaching on the shop floor.
• Experience with RFID and POS reporting is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead VM strategy and ensure on-brand, commercially relevant displays.
• Own inventory accuracy, stock moves and stockroom organisation.
• Oversee deliveries, replenishment and processes for peak trading moments.
• Collaborate with Store Manager and cross-functional teams to drive performance.
