Stand Out For Good, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Store Leader of Visual Merchandising in Lynnfield, MA. You will support the Store Leader to achieve sales goals, drive guest service, and oversee merchandising presentation while inspiring associates to deliver exceptional experiences in a well-maintained store environment.

You will lead by example, coach teams, and manage floor sets, decor, replenishment, and loss-prevention standards to maximize results across KPIs.

Qualifications

• 1 year Retail Management experience.
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• Physical ability to lift up to 30 pounds and stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Fosters a guest-focused team environment and drives guest engagement.
• Leads floor sets, merchandising presentation and store ambience.
• Coaches and develops associates; delivers timely feedback and recognition.
• Manages store operations, loss prevention, and achievement of sales targets.
• Supports hiring decisions and training alongside store leadership.
