Living Spaces in Los Angeles, CA is seeking a Visual Merchandising Manager to lead the merchandising team, optimize staffing,train staff, and drive store presentation and guest engagement. The role oversees inventory, labeling and showroom standards to ensure a Grand Opening Ready store.

You will partner with the General Manager and Merchandising/Logistics teams to maximize sales and guest satisfaction. Qualifications include a BA/BS in business/design/retail management, 5 years in a high-volume

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in business, design, retail management, sales, merchandising, or related field.
5 years experience in direct customer interactive environment; high volume.
3 years of management experience.

Responsibilities

Staffing and Scheduling: ensure full staffing and optimize productivity with effective scheduling.
Training: oversee onboarding, coaching, and showroom materials to align with company standards.
Store Experience: manage visual presentation, labeling, and showroom standards to be Grand Opening Ready.
Guest Engagement: train team to engage guests effectively throughout the store.
Logistics and Warehouse: maintain inventory accuracy and minimize losses.
