Job summary

Lowe's is seeking a Merchandising Services Associate to help maintain accurate signage, pricing, and store displays. You will create attractive product displays, ensure easy product access, and occasionally assist customers with questions about merchandise and warranties.

Most work is back-end with occasional customer interaction; you will listen to customers, answer questions, and help locate items while supporting store operations and merchandising goals.

Qualifications

• Read, write, and perform basic arithmetic operations.
• Strong verbal communication and listening skills.
• Familiarity with web-based computer programs and productivity tools.
• Ability to stand for long periods and to lift up to 25 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Complete merchandising resets and service projects per Lowe's specs and validate task completion.
• Verify buyback items are pulled, prepped, and ready for shipping.
• Update wayfinding and signage; maintain digital product location data.
• Ensure pricing labels are visible and replace missing ones.
• Support add-on sales by staging clearance products and placing displays.
• Repair or replace damaged signage, merchandise, and displays.
• Communicate priorities and needs with Merchandising Services Team and Manager.
• Analyze metrics and provide feedback on project execution and in-store service.
