Job summary

Lowe's is seeking a Merchandising Services Associate to ensure accurate signage, pricing and displays across our stores. You’ll create eye-catching product displays, keep planograms aligned with Lowe’s standards, and support store operations to enhance the shopper experience.

Most tasks are solo, with occasional customer interaction. The role emphasizes weekend scheduling flexibility, safety, and teamwork within the Merchandising Services Team, with opportunities to grow through Lowe's training

Qualifications

• Read, write and perform basic arithmetic.
• Ability to hear, listen and communicate verbally.
• Use web-based computer programs for tasks.
• Sit and stand for long periods.
• Lift 25 lbs unassisted or more with/without accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Complete merchandising resets and service projects per Lowe's specs.
• Verify buyback items and prep for shipping.
• Update wayfinding and product signage across store.
• Ensure pricing labels are visible and up-to-date.
• Staging clearance products to drive add-on sales and optimize displays.
• Repair/replace damaged signage and displays.
• Communicate priorities and needs with Merchandising Services Team and Manager.
• Analyze metrics and provide feedback on execution and in-store service.
• Complete other duties as assigned.
