Job summary

Lowe's is seeking a Merchandising Services Associate to ensure our store signage, pricing information, and displays are accurate and accessible, helping customers locate products easily. The role involves creating safe, visually appealing displays and engaging with customers when opportunities arise.

You will work with the Merchandising Services Team to support store operations, perform merchandising resets, and maintain planograms.

Qualifications

• Read, write, and perform basic arithmetic.
• Able to hear, listen, and communicate verbally.
• Proficient with web-based computer programs.
• Able to sit and stand for long periods.
• Minimally lift 25 lbs unassisted.

Responsibilities

• Complete merchandising resets per Lowe's specs and provide proof of completion.
• Verify buyback items and prep for shipping.
• Update wayfinding and product signage across the store.
• Ensure pricing labels are clearly visible and up to date.
• Assist in driving add-on sales by staging clearance products and proper display placement.
• Repair/replace damaged items, including signage and displays.
• Communicate project priorities and needs with Merchandising Services Team and Manager.
• Analyze metrics and provide feedback on project execution and in-store service.
