Job summary

Lowe's is seeking a Merchandising Services Associate to help keep store signage, pricing, and displays accurate and customer-friendly. You will create eye-catching product displays that are safe, clean, and easy to access for shoppers.

Most tasks are non-customer facing, but you may engage with customers, answer questions, and assist with product locations and warranties as needed. This role offers a part-time schedule and benefits.

Qualifications

• Read, write, and perform basic arithmetic.
• Ability to hear, listen, and communicate verbally.
• Utilize web-based computer programs to accomplish tasks.
• Sitting/standing for long periods.
• Minimally lift 25 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Complete merchandising resets and projects per Lowe's specs with proof of completion.
• Verify buyback items are pulled, prepped, and ready for shipping.
• Update wayfinding and product signage; digitally maintain these details.
• Ensure pricing labels are visible and replace missing ones.
• Staging clearance products to drive add-on sales; arrange displays.
• Repair/replace damaged signage, merchandise, and displays.
• Communicate priorities and needs with Merchandising Services Team and Manager.
• Analyze metrics and provide feedback on project execution and in-store service.
• Complete other duties as assigned.
