Job summary

Lowe’s Merchandising Services Associate plays a key role in linking Merchandising with Store Operations to deliver an optimal shopping experience. You’ll create eye-catching displays, ensure signage and pricing are accurate, and support merchandising projects across the store.

You’ll spend most time on non-customer-facing tasks, with opportunities to assist customers when needed, answer questions, and help locate products.

Qualifications

• Basic arithmetic and data entry skills.
• Strong verbal communication and listening abilities.
• Ability to use basic web-based programs and tools.
• Ability to sit and stand for extended periods.
• Lift up to 25 lbs as required by the role.

Responsibilities

• Complete merchandising resets and service-related tasks per Lowe’s specs.
• Verify buyback items and ensure items are ready for shipping.
• Update signage and product location information across the store.
• Ensure price labels are visible and accurate.
• Staging clearance products to drive add-on sales and improve displays.
• Repair or replace damaged signage, merchandise and displays.
• Communicate priorities, schedule, and needs with Merchandising Services Team and Manager.
• Analyze metrics and provide feedback on project execution and in-store service.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
