Job summary

Lowe's Merchandising Services Associate helps maintain accurate store signage, pricing, and displays to aid customer navigation and product visibility. You will create eye-catching product displays that are safe, clean, and accessible, with limited customer interaction.

You may engage customers when opportunities arise, answering questions and sharing product or warranty information while supporting merchandising projects and daily tasks across the store.

Qualifications

• Ability to read, write, and perform basic arithmetic.
• Clear verbal communication and listening skills.
• Ability to sit and stand for long periods and lift up to 75 pounds with team lifts when needed.

Responsibilities

• Complete merchandising resets and projects per Lowe's specs and prove completion.
• Verify buyback items and prep for shipping.
• Update signage and product location information throughout the store.
• Replace missing price labels to ensure visibility.
• Help drive add-on sales by staging clearance products and placing displays.
• Repair or replace damaged items including signage and displays.
• Communicate priorities and needs with Merchandising Services Team and Manager.
• Analyze metrics and provide feedback on project execution.
