Job summary

Lowe’s is seeking a Merchandising Services Associate to ensure accurate signage, pricing, and displays, helping customers find products with safe, attractive presentation. Most tasks are non-customer facing, but you may engage with customers when opportunities arise.

You’ll listen, answer questions, and relay product or warranty information while supporting store priorities and merchandising standards nationwide.

Qualifications

• Read, write, and perform basic arithmetic.
• Ability to hear, listen, and communicate verbally.
• Utilize web-based computer programs to accomplish tasks.
• Able to sit and stand for long periods and lift 25 lbs unassisted.

Responsibilities

• Complete merchandising resets and service projects per Lowe’s specs.
• Verify buyback items and prepare for shipping.
• Update wayfinding and product signage across the store.
• Ensure pricing labels are visible and replace missing labels.
• Drive add-on sales by staging clearance products and proper placement.
• Repair or replace damaged signage, merchandise, and displays.
• Communicate priorities and schedule with the Merchandising Services Team.
• Analyze metrics and provide feedback on in-store service and project execution.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
