Job summary

Lowe's is seeking a Merchandising Services Associate to ensure accurate signage, pricing and displays across stores. You will create eye-catching product displays that are safe, clean, and accessible, while engaging with customers when opportunities arise.

The role involves coordinating with the Merchandising Services Team to prioritize tasks, monitor store metrics and support in-store service improvements. A flexible weekday schedule and growth opportunities are highlighted.

Qualifications

• Read, write and perform basic arithmetic.
• Ability to hear, listen and communicate verbally with others.
• Ability to use web-based computer programs to accomplish tasks.
• Ability to sit and stand for long periods.
• Minimally lift 25 lbs unassisted or with assistance.

Responsibilities

• Complete merchandising resets and projects per Lowe's specs.
• Verify buyback items and prepare for shipping.
• Update signage and product location information in-store.
• Ensure price labels are visible and replace missing ones.
• Drive add-on sales by staging clearance products and organizing displays.
• Repair/replace damaged signs, merchandise and displays.
• Communicate priorities and needs with Merchandising Services Team and Manager.
• Analyze metrics and provide feedback on execution to leadership.
• Complete other duties as assigned.
