Lowe’s Merchandising Services Associate is a key link between Merchandising and Store Operations, helping create eye-catching displays and accurate signage to improve the shopping experience at Lowe’s stores. The role focuses on merchandising resets, price labeling, and effective product placement with limited customer interaction.

You may engage with customers when opportunities arise, answering questions and assisting with product locations while ensuring displays are safe, clean, and visually

Qualifications

• Read, write, and perform basic arithmetic.
• Ability to hear, listen, and communicate verbally with others.
• Utilize web-based computer programs to accomplish tasks.
• Ability to sit and stand for long periods.
• Minimally lift 25 lbs unassisted or more with assistance.

Responsabilités

• Complete merchandising resets and service-related projects per Lowe’s specifications.
• Verify buyback items are pulled, prepped, and ready for shipping.
• Update wayfinding and product signage and maintain digital information.
• Ensure pricing is visible and replace missing labels.
• Assist in driving add-on sales by staging clearance products and organizing displays.
• Repair/replace damaged items including signage and displays.
• Communicate priorities and needs with Merchandising Services Team and Manager.
• Analyze metrics and provide feedback on project execution and in-store service.
• Complete other duties as assigned.
