Job summary

Lowe’s Merchandising Services Associate role focused on keeping store signage, pricing, and displays accurate so products are easy to locate. You’ll create product displays that are safe, visually appealing, and accessible for customers.

Most tasks are non-customer facing, but you may engage with customers when opportunities arise, listening and answering questions, sharing product or warranty details, and helping locate merchandise.

Qualifications

• Read, write, and perform basic arithmetic.
• Ability to hear, listen, and communicate verbally.
• Utilize web-based computer programs effectively.
• Ability to sit and stand for long periods.
• Minimally lift 25 lbs unassisted.

Responsibilities

• Complete merchandising resets and projects per Lowe’s specs.
• Verify buyback items; pull, prep, and ship as needed.
• Update wayfinding and product signage; maintain digital info.
• Ensure pricing labels are visible and replace missing labels.
• Support add-on sales by staging clearance products and proper placement.
• Repair/replace damaged items including signage and displays.
• Communicate priorities and needs with the Merchandising Services Team.
• Analyze metrics and provide feedback on in-store service.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
