Job summary

Micro Center in Austin, TX is seeking a self-motivated Visual Merchandising Specialist to execute merchandising standards and drive sales through compelling displays. You will collaborate with store leadership and corporate teams to plan and validate displays, while training staff to maintain high visual standards.

The role requires a degree or equivalent experience, strong communication, and the ability to balance creativity with business needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred and 2+ years related management or supervisory experience in retail visual merchandising, retail operations, or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Execute the company's Visual Merchandising strategy and standards for all vendor-sponsored displays.
• Create a welcoming visual merchandising environment for customers.
• Plan and execute daily/weekly workload to meet sales and ASP goals.
• Partner with store leadership and corporate to plan displays and vendor visuals.
• Teach and influence store sales associates to ensure proper restocking throughout the business days.
• Conduct periodic physical inventories of displays.
• Support team onboarding, continuous learning and training.
