Job summary

Micro Center is seeking a Visual Merchandising Specialist to execute the company’s merchandising strategy across displays and endcaps. You will collaborate with store leadership and corporate to plan, support, and validate vendor visuals while training staff on standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred and 2+ years related management or supervisory experience in retail visual merchandising, retail operations, or equivalent.
• Ability to communicate effectively in one-on-one, small or large group settings and interpret merchandising guidelines.
• Knowledge of business acumen and creative ability to inspire customers and drive sales.

Responsibilities

• Execute the company's Visual Merchandising strategy and standards as defined in the Visual Merchandising & Displays guide for all vendor-sponsored displays.
• Utilize creativity to create a welcoming visual merchandising environment for customers.
• Plan and execute daily/weekly workload to meet sales and ASP goals through visual merchandising.
