Job summary

Tractor Supply Company is hiring a FAST Team Member to own and execute start-to-finish tasks in a store, including planograms, signage, price changes, and merchandising. You will support other tasks and provide legendary customer service, engaging with customers and team members to meet daily goals.

The role requires 18+ years old, high school diploma or equivalent preferred, and basic computer skills. Shifts vary by store and can be 4–10 hours, indoors or outdoors with safety practices

Qualifications

• Experience: Prior retail and/or merchandising experience is required.
• Education: A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred, but not required.
• Must be able to read, write and count accurately.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Work scheduled shifts dictated by business needs.
• Communicate proactively with District FAST Supervisor and Store Operations.
• Complete planograms and resets accurately and in a timely manner.
• Perform project related measurements.
• Complete store price changes accurately and in a timely manner.
• Install, update, and maintain store signage.
• Assemble merchandise, fixtures and PDQs.
• Ensure planogram integrity and perform recovery.
• Provide legendary customer service using GURA approach.
• Promote a safe, productive work environment.
