Job summary

Tractor Supply is seeking a FAST Team Member to own and execute start-to-finish tasks in-store, including planograms, signage updates, price changes and fixture assembly. You will support customers and teammates while delivering legendary service and maintaining planogram integrity.

Ideal candidates bring retail/merchandising experience; 18+ years old; high school diploma preferred. Shifts vary; expect indoor/outdoor, physical activity and teamwork in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or merchandising is required.
• Farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding knowledge is preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Work shifts as dictated by business needs.
• Communicate with District FAST Supervisor and Store Ops on progress and issues.
• Complete planograms and resets accurately and promptly.
• Perform project measurements as required.
• Execute store price changes accurately and timely.
• Install and maintain store signage, including Circulars and specials.
• Assemble merchandise, fixtures, and PDQs.
• Ensure planogram integrity and perform recovery as needed.
• Provide legendary customer service in-store.
