Job summary

Tractor Supply Company is seeking a FAST Team Member to support a single store with planograms, signage, price changes, and fixture assembly. You will interact with customers and teammates, delivering legendary service while completing tasks end-to-end.

The role requires prior retail merchandising experience or related knowledge; 18+ years old. High school diploma preferred but not required. Strong communication and self-direction are valued in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Retail merchandising experience is required.
• Farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding knowledge is preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Reading, writing and counting accurately is required.

Responsibilities

• Execute planograms and store resets accurately and on time.
• Install, update, and maintain store signage and price changes.
• Assemble merchandise and fixtures; inspect planogram integrity.
• Provide legendary customer service and prioritize customer needs.
• Communicate progress and issues with the District FAST Supervisor.
